AchieveGlobal Awarded Silver Honor in Chief Learning Officer’s Learning in Practice Awards

AchieveGlobal has won a Silver Learning In Practice award, sponsored by Chief Learning Officer. The Learning In Practice Awards recognize industry leaders who have demonstrated excellence in the design and delivery of employee development programs.

AchieveGlobals winning entry is for “Excellence in Content” and focused on our world-class customer experience content.

AchieveGlobals key customer example in our entry described the customer experience solutions provided to New York-New York Hotel and Casino. All NY-NY associate went through a five-part guest service program called APPLE Service, which included ongoing coaching support and a discovery map that defines what service means to NY-NY. After the initiative, their Net Promoter Score increased and 93% of employees said the APPLE initiative will help them perform their job better.
